It’s a geek’s dream to wake up to a fresh redesign of your favourite website, social media page, or app. And while everyone’s waiting for Facebook to change its ancient newsfeed, Matt Petronzio from Mashable woke up to a fresh new twitter. And no, we aren’t talking about the recent redesign.
It’s pretty – and pretty obvious that Google+ has had a major influence on the UI of many apps and websites that have been rolling out. Google created a beautiful, simple, to-the-point interface that makes everything simple to read and navigate, not to mention the beautiful big pictures. And we all love pictures.
If you haven’t received this design then don’t be upset: almost everyone didn’t. And who knows if this will even see the day of light – it’s experimental, after all, but surely something to look forward to. And I’m looking at you too, Facebook.
