Apple fans, you’re in for a treat!
We’ve been sharing rumors and inside scoops about the Apple store opening in the UAE for a year now. We knew stores will open at Abu Dhabi’s Yas Mall and Dubai’s Mall of the Emirates. We heard that the Mall of Emirates Apple Store will be the biggest in the world. Now, we have an opening date and it’s not a rumor!
Apple UAE’s website just confirmed that the Mall of the Emirates Apple Store will open its doors to the public on Oct 29, at 4PM. The Yas Mall store will open its doors on the same day three hours later at 7PM.
The 3 hour difference could very well mean that Tim Cook himself will be opening both stores, allowing him to travel from Dubai to Abu Dhabi in time for second opening.
Exciting times ahead indeed.
