Primate Labs, the creators of the popular benchmarking tool Geekbench, have now introduced Geekbench AI. This new benchmark specifically measures how effectively your device handles real-world machine learning tasks.
Available across a wide range of platforms – iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux – Geekbench AI evaluates the performance of your CPU, GPU, and NPU when dealing with AI workloads. The resulting scores not only reflect speed but also the accuracy of the models in completing tasks.
Geekbench AI provides three scores: single precision, half-precision, and quantized, giving you a comprehensive view of your device’s AI capabilities. Moreover, it allows you to compare relative efficiency over time, helping you track improvements or regressions.
Supporting a wide range of AI frameworks like CoreML, OpenVINO, and QNN, Geekbench AI ensures accurate and relevant testing across different devices and platforms. Workloads are tested multiple times to guarantee that devices reach their peak performance during the benchmark.
You can access Geekbench AI through the Geekbench browser, making it easy to compare your device’s AI performance against others.
