Currently available to select Premium subscribers in the UK and Australia, these AI Playlists are set to shake up your listening experience.
It’s incredibly easy! In “Your Library”, tap the “+” button and choose “AI Playlist”. Then, describe the mood you’re after. Think “Chill indie for a rainy evening” or “Pumping beats to make me feel like a 90s action hero”. You’ll get a custom 30-track playlist to match. Not quite right? Refine it with more prompts like “add some classic rock” and tweak until you’re happy. Then save and enjoy your sonic creation!
This feels like a game-changer, especially for discovering new music. It’s faster than manually creating playlists and lets you explore sounds you might not have considered. Sure, it can’t handle non-music requests, and offensive prompts are a no-go. But overall, it adds a fresh, exciting dimension to Spotify.
