The Certified Collectibles Group® (CCG®), the world’s leading provider of expert authentication and grading services for collectibles, is making a significant move into the Middle East. The company is opening a new office in Dubai, a strategic decision that reflects the region’s rapidly expanding collectibles market.

CCG has appointed Arafaat Ali Khan, co-founder of the Middle East Film and Comic Con (MEFCC), as the Managing Director of its Middle East office. Khan, a well-known figure in the region’s pop culture and entertainment industry, brings invaluable expertise and insights to CCG.

“We are extremely excited to welcome Arafaat to our team,” said Max Spiegel, President of Certified Collectibles Group.“His impressive expertise and passion for collectibles will be invaluable as we establish our presence in the Middle East.”

The Dubai office will offer CCG’s world-renowned grading services for a wide range of collectibles, including comic books, trading cards, coins, and banknotes. This move marks a significant milestone, as it’s the first time a major international grading company has established operations in the Middle East.

“As an avid collector myself, I am honored to join CCG and lead the company’s efforts in the Middle East,” said Arafaat Ali Khan. “The region has a vibrant and enthusiastic collecting community, and I am excited to provide exceptional services and support to collectors and dealers here.”

The opening of CCG’s Middle East office is a testament to the burgeoning collectibles market in the region. It’s expected to foster greater transparency and confidence in the market, while also boosting the overall value of collectibles.
