ouTube Music has rolled out an update that allows users to personalize their Speed Dial section by pinning their favorite content. This enhancement provides quicker access to frequently played songs, albums, playlists, and music videos, making it easier to jump right into your preferred listening experiences.
To pin an item to Speed Dial, simply navigate to the content you want to add and select the “Pin to Speed Dial” option from the kebab menu. While podcasts and artists cannot be pinned at this time, the ability to customize Speed Dial with a wide range of content adds a new level of personalization to the YouTube Music experience.
This update complements the recently introduced AI-powered playlist artwork feature, which allows users to generate unique cover art for their playlists, further enhancing the visual appeal and personal touch of the app.
The new Speed Dial customization feature is available on both Android and iOS phones, but not yet on Android tablets or the web version of YouTube Music. This update is another step in YouTube Music’s ongoing evolution, providing users with a more streamlined and personalized music streaming experience.
