The Family Hub™ refrigerator serves as the central hub for connected homes. The cutting-edge appliance links various smart devices, with the SmartThings App, allowing users to turn the linked devices on/off, adjust settings, coordinate activities, and limit power usage.
The Family Hub™ refrigerator transforms the refrigerator into a virtual jukebox, helping consumers listen to music, mirror content from Samsung Smart TV and mobile phones onto the fridge’s touchscreen, synchronize their calendars, easily share pictures, videos and handwritten notes among family members, right from the fridge’s screen making kitchen gatherings entertaining.
The Family Hub™ refrigerator comes powered with View Inside internal camera that allows users to see what’s in the fridge on key shelves using their smartphone or the home screen. The camera displays the food they have, allowing them to check easily without opening the door or while they’re out shopping. Users can also tag each food item’s expiration date, create shopping lists, food memos or reminders.
