Ring has launched its next-generation Battery Video Doorbell in the UAE, offering enhanced features and improved battery life for enhanced home security. The new doorbell boasts head-to-toe HD video, simplified DIY installation, and up to 23% longer battery life compared to its predecessor.
The Battery Video Doorbell retains essential features like motion detection with customizable zones, real-time alerts, live view, and two-way talk functionality. It also includes color night vision for clear video capture even in low-light conditions.
Setting up the doorbell is a breeze with the Ring app, which guides users through the installation process. The app also allows for customization of motion zones, ensuring that users only receive alerts for relevant activity.
For added convenience, the Battery Video Doorbell integrates with Alexa-enabled devices, allowing users to view live footage or interact with visitors through voice commands.
Ring Protect subscription plans offer additional features like cloud storage for recordings, motion notifications with photo previews, and clip sharing. Recordings can be stored for up to 180 days and are automatically deleted at the end of the chosen storage period.
Ring has also introduced new subscription plans, Ring Home, with three tiers: Home Basic, Home Standard, and Home Premium. These plans offer varying levels of features, including video recording storage, video preview alerts, doorbell calls, extended live view, and continuous live view.
The Ring Battery Video Doorbell is available in satin nickel and is priced at AED 399. Ring subscription plans are also available with monthly and yearly pricing options.
