After its initial China debut, Honor’s flagship Magic 6 Pro is finally making its way to global markets. Announced at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, the phone emphasizes AI-powered features alongside typical flagship specs. But that’s not all – a special Porsche Design edition of the Honor Magic V2 foldable is also launching, carrying a hefty price tag and unique design elements.
Magic 6 Pro: AI Innovation and Solid Specs
- Price: around $1,407
- Specs: 12GB RAM/512GB storage
- Available: March 1st
Honor’s big selling point for the Magic 6 Pro lies in its AI capabilities. A standout feature is the eye-tracking technology designed to work with the phone’s “Magic Capsule” (think Dynamic Island). Honor claims it can determine when you’re glancing at notifications and open the relevant app without needing a tap. It’ll be interesting to see how well this works in practice, especially with accidental glances.

Other AI features include “Magic Portal,” which attempts to link details in messages to maps or calendar apps, and an AI tool to auto-generate videos based on text prompts. Honor is sticking with its “Magic” branding, and these features promise unique user experiences.
Beyond the AI focus, the Magic 6 Pro offers the expected flagship trappings: Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, large 5,600mAh battery with fast charging, and a 6.8-inch 120Hz OLED display. Its rear camera array boasts a 50MP main sensor with variable aperture, a 50MP ultrawide, and a 180MP periscope with 2.5x optical zoom. Plus, an IP68 rating ensures protection against the elements.
Porsche Design Magic V2 RSR: Luxury with a Price Tag
- Price: around $2,625
- Specs: 16GB RAM/1TB storage
- Available: March 18th
The Porsche-themed Magic V2 foldable brings a hefty price increase but offers a distinct design, doubled storage (1TB), more durable external glass, and a stylus. It maintains the thin and light build of the standard Magic V2, measuring just 9.9mm thick when folded and weighing 234g, thanks to a titanium hinge. The camera system is unchanged (50MP main, 50MP ultrawide, 20MP telephoto).
