If you hate people who play music loudly in public, then avoid the nubia music phone

Music lovers, meet the nubia Music. Unveiled at MWC 2024, this phone isn’t about specs or a sleek design–it’s about the joy of blasting your favorite tunes. Nubia dares to be different, crafting a device that looks like a retro record player and features not one, but two headphone jacks for sharing the experience.

The real star of the show is the speaker system. Forget those tinny phone speakers; Nubia promises a whopping 600% volume boost compared to the competition. It’s not just about loudness though – an AI-powered algorithm optimizes the sound, ensuring clear highs and powerful bass, whether you’re streaming a playlist or blasting a rock anthem.

Under the hood, the nubia Music is reasonably capable. It runs on a UNISOC processor, has a generous 8GB of memory, and comes with either 128GB or 256GB storage options. The 6.6-inch HD+ 90Hz LCD screen is a solid choice, made more fun with “music breathing” light effects that pulse along with the beat. The 50MP dual rear camera offers decent image quality for capturing those impromptu concert moments.

The 5000mAh battery is another win, promising plenty of power for extended listening sessions. Add in support for DTS:X Ultra sound effects, and you’ve got a device designed to deliver an immersive audio experience – even if your idea of immersion is a shared headphone dance party on the bus.

The nubia Music might not be the phone for everyone. But for music fans who prioritize joyful sonic experiences over cutting-edge specs, it’s definitely a device worth checking out.
