Casio has expanded its Baby-G lineup in the US with two Valentine’s-themed models that emphasize styling and versatility rather than technical reinvention. The new releases, BGD10KH-1 and BGD10KH-7, are part of the broader BGD-10 series that debuted in November 2025. Both watches are priced at $89 and are available for pre-order ahead of Valentine’s Day, positioning them as seasonal accessories rather than long-term flagship additions.
The BGD10KH-1 comes in a matte black resin case with a square digital display, staying close to the traditional Baby-G aesthetic. Subtle pink accents add contrast without overpowering the design. This model includes an off-white, heart-shaped silicone holder that allows the watch module to be removed from its strap and worn as a charm, reflecting Casio’s ongoing interest in modular, fashion-oriented wearables.

The BGD10KH-7 takes a lighter, more playful approach. Its off-white resin case and strap are paired with more prominent pink accents, and it ships with a red heart-shaped holder and an additional pink strap. The overall look leans more toward expressive styling, clearly aimed at users who see the watch as both a timekeeping device and a statement accessory.
Both models share the same underlying construction and features typical of the Baby-G line. They are shock resistant and rated for 100 meters of water resistance, making them suitable for everyday wear rather than purely decorative use. Functionality includes world time covering 29 time zones, a 1/100-second stopwatch, a countdown timer, five daily alarms, an hourly time signal, and a full auto-calendar programmed through the year 2099. The white LED backlight offers a two-second illumination with afterglow, which is standard for this range.

Physically, the watches are identical in size and weight, each measuring 42.8 by 39 by 14.7 millimeters and weighing 33 grams. The resin case is paired with mineral glass, and Casio estimates battery life at around three years using a CR1616 battery. The strap is designed to fit wrist sizes between 125 and 180 millimeters.
While these Valentine’s editions do not introduce new technology, they underline Casio’s strategy of refreshing existing platforms with seasonal designs and accessory-driven customization. The approach mirrors recent releases in the G-Shock line, where limited colorways and themed packages continue to supplement core models without altering their fundamental specifications.
