Aulumu introduces two new Apple Watch bands focused on durability and everyday comfort

Aulumu has introduced two new Apple Watch bands aimed at users who want sturdier materials and more practical everyday wear options without drifting into overly stylized accessory territory. The C01 Hi-Per Titanium Alloy Watch Band and the C03 Titanium Mag Buckle Quick-Release Band are now available for Apple Watch models ranging from 42mm to 49mm, including the Ultra line. Both bands lean on a mix of lightweight metals and utilitarian design choices rather than flashy aesthetics, reflecting the company’s continued focus on functional hardware.

The C01 band, priced at $199, is built from a titanium alloy shaped through CNC machining to give it a precise, uniform fit with the Apple Watch case. Titanium’s weight-to-strength ratio remains its main appeal: the material is lighter than many common metals used in watch bands while offering more structural resilience. A diamond-like carbon coating is applied to resist surface wear, and the clasp relies on a slim magnetic mechanism rather than a traditional deployant or pin system. The design prioritizes rigidity and clean lines, and the band comes in two finishes—standard titanium and black.

Aulumu positions the C01 as a long-term upgrade for people who want a more durable replacement for Apple’s default bands, though titanium bracelets often come with trade-offs: they tend to be colder to the touch in cool environments and can be less flexible than fabric or silicone straps. Still, users looking for something closer to a traditional metal watch bracelet may find the structural consistency appealing.

For a lower-cost option, the C03 band uses a microfiber nylon weave paired with a titanium magnetic buckle formed through metal injection molding. Priced at $59.98, it focuses on adjustability and comfort rather than rigidity. The quick-release magnetic closure allows the strap to snap into place without repeated resizing, and a secondary hook-and-loop layer provides additional security. The lightweight fabric construction is designed for breathability and sweat resistance, features that tend to matter more in day-to-day use than premium materials alone. Each band includes two strap lengths to accommodate a broad range of wrist sizes.

Both bands maintain Aulumu’s preference for minimalistic detailing and a utilitarian approach to construction. They also share compatibility across the Apple Watch lineup from Series 3 through Series 10, including the Ultra. While neither product represents a reinvention of common band materials, they offer incremental refinements for users who prioritize durability, comfort, or simplified fastening systems in their wearable accessories. Whether they stand out in a crowded aftermarket band market will depend largely on how well the materials hold up with extended wear and how the magnetic systems perform under real-world movement.
