How to make a collaborative playlist on Spotify

GEEK DESK

Nov 14

If you are a Spotify Premium user, you can easily collaborate with friend and family when it comes to updating your playlists. Letting other users add their songs and enrich your playlist is fairly easy.

To collaborate on a playlist on Spotify, you can do the following:

  1. Open the Spotify app and go to your Library.
  2. Find the playlist you want to make collaborative and tap on the little user icon with a + next to it.
  3. Select the way you want to share the playlist link (copy link, share via WhatsApp, or other channels).

Once you have invited collaborators, they will be able to add, remove, and reorder tracks on the playlist. They will also be able to see who else has contributed to the playlist and what songs they have added.

You will need to be the owner of the playlist in order to make it collaborative.
