Facebook is rolling out 360 photos in News Feed and is now allowing users to upload and view pictures taken with 360-degree cameras or apps. The feature is rolling out on the web, mobile (iOS, Android) and Gear VR.
On the web, you can now click and move 360 photos to see all the different parts, and swipe or tilt on smartphones.

Once you see a compass icon on a photo, you can move around by tilting your smartphone or drag the picture. If you have a Samsung smartphone and a Gear VR headset, you can tap the ‘View in VR’ button on the top-left corner to experience the 360 feature as well.
Users can upload panoramas or photo from 360 cameras and Facebook will convert it into a 360 photo.
Facebook is already being flooded with 360 photos. Check out these awesome ones from NASA, Paul McCartney, The New York Times.
