Events Feature Simplifies Planning
The new Events feature allows users to easily plan gatherings directly within WhatsApp. Whether it’s a virtual meeting or a birthday celebration, anyone in the group can create an event, add details, and see who’s attending. Notifications will remind guests when the event is approaching. This feature will initially be available within Communities and will expand to all groups in the coming months.
Organized Replies for Easier Interaction
Announcement Groups, often used by admins to keep members informed, now include organized replies. This feature allows group members to respond to important updates directly within the thread, keeping conversations focused and easy to follow. Notifications within Announcement Groups are automatically muted, ensuring everyone receives key information without being overwhelmed.
