Samsung is expanding its AI capabilities to the Galaxy Watch lineup with the upcoming One UI 6 Watch update. The update will introduce AI-powered features designed to provide users with more comprehensive health insights, personalized guidance, and motivation to achieve their wellness goals.

Key features include:

  • Energy Score: A daily assessment of your overall condition based on various health metrics.
  • Wellness Tips: Personalized suggestions and insights to help you reach your health goals.
  • New Sleep Indicators: A more detailed analysis of your sleep quality with additional insights.
  • New Heart Rate Zone Metrics: Track your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds for more efficient running and workout analysis.
  • Workout Routine: Create customized workout plans tailored to your preferences.
  • Race: Stay motivated during running or cycling by tracking your progress.

The new features will be available on the upcoming Galaxy Watch 7 lineup and select existing models through the One UI 6 Watch beta program starting in June.

While the Samsung Ring wasn’t mentioned in the announcement, it’s possible that future updates could bring AI capabilities to this wearable as well.
