Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE series combines productivity, portability, and AI-powered features in a slim design

Samsung has introduced the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Galaxy Tab S10 FE+, expanding its mid-range tablet offerings with a focus on portability, intelligent features, and creative tools. Designed to fit easily into a connected lifestyle, the Tab S10 FE series brings AI-powered functions and streamlined performance to users who want a device that can handle work, study, and play.

The larger of the two models, the Galaxy Tab S10 FE+, features a 13.1-inch display—marking the largest screen in the FE lineup to date. Slimmer bezels help maximize screen space without increasing the overall footprint, delivering a more immersive experience for streaming, reading, and productivity. A 90Hz refresh rate offers smooth visuals, while peak brightness levels of up to 800 nits, combined with Vision Booster, enhance screen visibility in different lighting conditions. The display also limits blue light exposure to reduce eye strain during long viewing sessions.

For users who need to multitask or work on creative projects, the Galaxy Tab S10 FE series offers responsive performance in a more portable build. The devices are over 4% lighter than their predecessors, making them easier to carry in a bag or backpack. Despite the lighter weight, the tablets are built to last, with IP68-rated water and dust resistance—an uncommon feature in this category of Android tablets.

Performance upgrades in the Tab S10 FE lineup allow users to switch quickly between multiple apps, making the tablets suitable for school, remote work, and content creation. The 13MP rear camera has also been improved, capturing clearer images and videos—useful for scanning documents, recording lectures, or snapping casual photos.

One of the standout additions in the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and S10 FE+ is the integration of mobile AI tools that help simplify tasks and enhance productivity. The devices are the first in the FE series to offer these features out of the box. Tools like Circle to Search with Google let users highlight anything on screen and instantly find more information without having to exit an app. Samsung Notes now includes Solve Math and Handwriting Help, making it easier to complete assignments or organize notes with automatic formatting and calculation support.

For photo editing, the upgraded Object Eraser now provides intelligent suggestions for removing elements from images, while Best Face automatically selects the best expressions from group shots to create a composite with everyone looking their best. Auto Trim helps users create highlight reels from videos by pulling together the most meaningful clips.

The tablets come pre-loaded with a suite of creative apps such as LumaFusion for video editing, Clip Studio Paint for illustration, and Goodnotes for digital notetaking. These tools turn the Galaxy Tab S10 FE into a flexible workspace or creative canvas, supporting both casual users and those who rely on tablets for more serious work.

For users in the Galaxy ecosystem, the tablets integrate with SmartThings to deliver a connected home dashboard through the Home Insight widget and 3D Map View. These features offer a snapshot of the user’s smart home devices, providing control and peace of mind while on the go.

Security is another area where the Tab S10 FE series stays consistent with Samsung’s wider lineup. Built on the Samsung Knox platform, the tablets offer real-time threat monitoring and hardware-based protection, safeguarding sensitive data like passwords and documents.

Overall, the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and FE+ bring together large displays, smart productivity tools, creative software, and security features in a lightweight design. For users who want a feature-rich tablet without paying top-tier flagship prices, the Tab S10 FE series offers a well-rounded alternative for entertainment, productivity, and AI-enhanced usability.
