Remember the “I’m a Mac” guy? well, he’s gone to the dark side

Remember that smug “I’m a Mac” guy, Justin Long, from Apple’s old ads? Well, it seems he’s seen a light – the Windows on Arm light, that is! In a hilarious twist of fate, he’s now starring in a Qualcomm ad where he gets hilariously bombarded by macOS notifications. It’s enough to make him Google the most obscure question ever: “Where can I find a Snapdragon-powered PC?”

The ad’s tagline, “Things change,” delivered with Long’s signature smirk, is a playful nod to the ever-evolving tech landscape. While it’s doubtful anyone has actually Googled that specific question, the ad is a clever way to highlight Qualcomm’s partnership with Microsoft and their growing presence in the PC market.

While the ad showcases the impressive capabilities of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon processors, it also inadvertently reminds us of Apple’s strengths. The seamless integration between macOS and iOS devices, the intuitive interface, and the overall user experience are just some of the reasons why Apple remains a dominant force in the tech world

Who would have thought the Mac vs. PC battle would be back in 2024, and with such a twist? It’s like a nostalgic throwback with a modern, AI-powered twist. One thing’s for sure: this rivalry is just getting started, and we’re here for the entertainment!
