Interestingly enough Bird in early 2020 bought out Circ MENA who did operate in Abu Dhabi.
The only other players in region doing anything similar would be Careem with thier bike service and it would be a welcomed add in the region espicially since Ciric has ceased operations in Abu Dhabi.
