Expect the unexpected and all the mischief you can take as the latest Marvel spin-off TV series ‘Loki’ streams on OSN. On 09th June, the much anticipated adventures of the master of mischief drops on the OSN Streaming App, as he steps out of his brother’s shadow once again! Avengers, unite with Tom Hiddleston as he reprises his role as Loki, Thor’s manipulative adopted brother, and is joined by co-stars Owen Wilson and Gugu Mbatha-Raw.
This is an alternate Loki, who after stealing the Tesseract during the events of Avengers: Endgame (2019), creates an alternate universe, only to find himself in the mysterious Time Variance Authority (TVA). The bureaucratic organization that exists outside of time and space and monitors the timeline gives Loki an ultimatum – be erased from existence for being a ‘time variant’, or help fix the timeline and avert a greater threat.
The series leads viewers to root for the flawed antihero, portrayed as the prequel to the redemptive character traits seen towards the end of the film franchise. Through his journey through time to alter human history, witness his selfish, calculated missteps, as well as brief glimpses into his seemingly humane and vulnerable sides.
The series is rife with cameos from other iconic Marvel characters, so watch closely to catch those characters, references, and Easter eggs!
From 06 June, more than 17 Marvel movies will descend to the OSN superverse, including Ant-man, Black Panther, Captain America, Guardians of the Galaxy, Iron Man, the Avengers, Doctor Strange, and Thor.
