Simpsons fans rejoice!
Harry Shearer, the voice behind Mr. Burns, Ned Flanders, Smithers and Principal Skinner has agreed to rejoin Fox’s animated comedy.
EW has reported that Shearer has indeed signed the contract, bringing back the full original cast of the show. The deal is sealed for 4 new seasons.
Fox is proud to confirm that each and every member of the iconic series’ voice cast will be returning in the roles they’ve brought to life since the show’s beginnings as a series of animated shorts nearly 30 years ago, the network said in a release.
Shearer walked away from the show back in May 2015.
