In an ongoing effort to address its app’s challenges, which have persisted for nearly five months, Sonos has introduced a Trello board. This tool offers insights into the company’s progress on app updates, including upcoming features and bug fixes.
The Trello board, accessible to the public, resembles Epic Games’ approach for Fortnite, providing information about bugs and updates. It serves as a hub for support articles and crucial columns detailing the app update roadmap, imminent features, and recently implemented fixes.
Current highlights on the board include a fix for the Clear Queue feature on Android and the addition of a Night Mode toggle in Room settings for soundbars. Additionally, solutions for search and latency issues are in development, and support for TruePlay in iOS 18 is on the horizon. The board also tracks resolved major issues and features a “what we’re hearing & working on” section for long-term plans.
Sonos’ extensive investment in app updates underscores its commitment to improvement.
