Cycling and running share a common appeal – the call of the open road and the thrill of personal achievement. But whether you’re tackling rugged trails or urban landscapes, each adventure requires preparation, awareness, and the right tools to navigate diverse environments safely.

The HUAWEI WATCH GT 5 Series, powered by HUAWEI TruSense and the HUAWEI Sunflower Positioning system, brings advanced tracking and navigation features to support runners and cyclists in training and on the road. It’s designed to help users stay aware of their surroundings and track their personal performance, whether they’re just starting out or pushing their limits.

In Cycling Mode, the HUAWEI WATCH GT 5 Series connects with your smartphone to act as a comprehensive cycling computer, displaying key data like heart rate and calories burned in real-time. With additional support from the HUAWEI Sunflower Positioning System, users can access full-color cycling maps, track return functions, and connect Bluetooth-enabled power meters for even more detailed stats on the HUAWEI Health App. These features help cyclists stay informed and in control on any ride, whether it’s a cross-town commute or a mountain trail.

From short jogs to marathon training, the HUAWEI WATCH GT 5 Series offers a tailored experience for runners. Running Form Analysis assesses each run and provides insights for improving performance and reducing injury risk, with data on metrics like ground contact time and balance. The RouteDraw feature also adds an element of creativity, allowing users to shape their running routes for a fresh perspective on familiar paths.

The HUAWEI WATCH GT 5 Pro takes things up a notch with its Trail Running Mode, specifically designed for the challenges of trail racing. This mode supports segment-based navigation and contour maps, helping runners prepare for complex terrain by offering a panoramic view of the race route. Real-time navigation with voice prompts and visual re-routing keep users on track, even on demanding trails.

After the race, the watch provides a detailed breakdown of your performance, helping you analyze results and optimize future training sessions.

The HUAWEI WATCH GT 5 Series offers users a level of insight and guidance traditionally available only from personal sports coaches, providing a constant companion that adapts to your strengths, tracks your progress, and helps you reach your goals.
