Very few things are as nerve-racking as the anticipation building up to the bang in cowboy shootouts, and Noodlecake Studios allows you to experience it first hand in its simple yet addictive little game, Ready Steady Bang.
The premise is simple: you face off your opponent and a countdown begins. “Ready … steady … ” and then the timing of the “bang” is random. The game depends on your reflexes to quickdraw and eliminate your opponent. You do this for five rounds, and whoever scores best, wins. You get a star rating depending on how many rounds you’ve lost. Each opponent has a fixed response time and as you progress it becomes lightning fast. The graphics are minimalist, elegant, and to the point, much like the game itself. Animations are top notch and hilarious as well.
Ready Steady Bang might be short-lived, but the simple game mechanics will definitely get you hooked. It’s available on both iOS and android.
