Marsa Boulevard returns for season 2 with new dining, design, and cultural experiences

Marsa Boulevard, the open-air lifestyle destination along Dubai Creek, has returned for its second season, introducing new experiences, expanded dining options, and a renewed focus on community and creativity. Following a successful debut, the reimagined waterfront space now spans a larger area and promises a richer calendar of cultural, culinary, and family-friendly events through the cooler months.

This new chapter for Marsa Boulevard builds on the appeal of its first season, combining established culinary names and boutique retail with new attractions that celebrate the cultural legacy of the Creek. The space has been refreshed with new design elements and a broader programme of activities intended to connect residents and visitors through shared experiences in food, fashion, wellness, and art.

Throughout the season, the promenade will feature a range of interactive installations and creative touchpoints, including mirror sculptures, fabric displays, projection art, and pop-up spaces like Marsa Merch and Studio 152. The latter serves as a waterfront hub for designers, creatives, and cultural professionals, hosting talks, showcases, and experiential activations that highlight Dubai’s growing creative community.

Visitors can expect themed weekends, seasonal festivities, and activities for all ages, set against the backdrop of Dubai Creek’s waterfront views. The destination’s programming aims to blend contemporary experiences with local traditions, continuing to position Marsa Boulevard as both a community space and a reflection of Dubai’s evolving cultural identity.

Food remains a central part of the experience. This season introduces Carousel, an exclusive rotating chef concept featuring regional and international talent, and WatchHouse, the London-born coffee house making its UAE debut. These join an extensive list of returning and new venues including The Grotto, Nablus, Knot, Caia, Kurasu x Temple Creamery, Flat 12, TORI x Around The Block, Cocolily, Curly House, Lune, FYND, The Charm Bar, Home Bakery, Sadeem, Blu Pizzeriá, Mara Lounge, Lost in Tokyo, and TRIO.

With its mix of fresh concepts and returning favourites, Marsa Boulevard continues to develop as one of Dubai’s key seasonal destinations — a place where culture, cuisine, and creativity converge. The destination is now open to the public, offering a revitalised programme of experiences and a renewed sense of community along the Creek.
