Meet Octopus, a Kickstarter project that is developing some colourful watches for kids.
The Octopus smartwatch is purely based on icons to notify kids about certain activities. Parents can program specific reminders through a mobile app and set the times when tasks should appear on the child’s watch, like telling you your kids it’s dinner time (no more shouting…YEY).
The ask will appear in a form of a picture with numerical time next to it. The Octopus smartwatch is aimed at kids aged between three and eight.

The project is already beyond its funding goal. You can get one by pledging anything from $59 up to $999 for a pack of 20 watches. Shipping should being in March next year. Check out the details and preorder here.
