Samsung introduces at-home appliance cleaning service in the UAE

Samsung has launched a new appliance care service in the UAE, aimed at supporting the upkeep and long-term performance of its home devices. The service, called S-Care: Expert Care, offers professional, in-home cleaning and maintenance for a range of Samsung appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, air purifiers, dryers, and Jet™ vacuums.

The initiative is structured around scheduled deep-cleaning visits by trained technicians who carry out thorough maintenance procedures. This includes dismantling key appliance components, sanitizing internal parts, and reassembling the units. Appliances with filters receive additional treatment such as antibacterial cleaning and ultraviolet sterilization. The objective is not only to remove accumulated dirt and bacteria but also to ensure that each device operates efficiently over time.

Each appointment includes a detailed inspection and health check of the appliance, with reports provided to the customer. The approach is intended to reduce the risk of breakdowns, extend product lifespans, and maintain consistent performance. Samsung emphasizes that the service relies on manufacturer-approved tools and practices, aiming to minimize wear and preserve original build quality.

S-Care also speaks to broader concerns around energy efficiency and indoor air quality. Appliances that are regularly cleaned tend to use less energy and maintain better hygiene standards, especially in households with children or allergy-sensitive residents. The company recommends scheduling the service every six months to maintain these benefits.

While the rollout of S-Care may be seen as a way to reinforce brand loyalty, it also reflects a growing demand for post-purchase services that go beyond basic warranty support. By offering an in-home care program, Samsung is positioning itself to retain existing customers through convenience and ongoing product maintenance.

The Expert Care service is now available in the UAE and can be booked directly through Samsung’s official website.
