Motorola has expanded the availability of its latest foldable phones, the Razr 50 and Razr 50 Ultra, to global markets. In North America, these models will be known as the Razr 2024 and Razr 2024 Plus, respectively.
Both phones share a similar design but have distinct features to cater to different price points. The Razr 50, or Razr 2024, offers 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, while the higher-end Razr 50 Ultra, or Razr 2024 Plus, boasts 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage.

These new foldables are poised to compete with Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip5 and the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip6, targeting the growing market for clamshell-style foldable phones.
While both models offer impressive features, there are some key differences. The Razr 50 (Razr 2024) comes with a slightly weaker chipset, a less powerful secondary camera, and a smaller cover display compared to its Ultra (Plus) counterpart.

Prices for the Razr 50 (Razr 2024) start at $699.99 / £799.99 / €899.99, while the Razr 50 Ultra (Razr 2024 Plus) is priced at $999.99 / £999.99 / €1,199.99. In some markets, the phones come bundled with a free pair of Moto Buds+ earbuds.
