Apple has released its first new products of 2025, with updated iPads and a new Mac Studio now available for consumers. These releases come without a traditional spring event from the company.

The updated iPad Air now features the M3 chip, offering a performance enhancement over the previous M2 model. Alongside the chip upgrade, the iPad Air also has hardware accelerated ray tracing. A new Magic Keyboard is also available, bringing it inline with the iPad pro models. The iPad Air continues to be available in 11-inch and 13-inch sizes, and the same color options.

Apple has also refreshed its entry-level iPad, now equipped with the A16 Bionic chip. This update also brings the base storage to 128GB.

The MacBook Air has been updated with the M4 chip, resulting in improved performance. The new model maintains the same design as its predecessor and introduces a new sky blue color option. The camera has also been upgraded to a 12MP Center Stage camera.

For professional users, Apple has introduced a new Mac Studio, offering configurations with the M4 Max and M3 Ultra chips. This workstation-class machine supports up to 512GB of unified memory and 16TB of SSD storage.
