Microsoft has finally broken its silence and reassured Lumia fans that Windows 10 will be available on their Windows Phone 8 devices.
The company replied to a tweet and stated that “Lumia smartphones running Windows Phone 8 will get the update”.
The tweet also mentioned the release a new Windows 10 models in the future.
Recently, specs of a new Lumia device, said to be the new Microsoft Lumia 940 leaked. The new smarptohne is expected to run on Windows 10 OS .
According to the leak the Lumia 940 will have a 5-inch display with a 1080p resolution, a 2.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon 805 chip, 3GB of RAM with Gorilla Glass 4 (which isn’t available on any device yet.)
