Google announced that users in 25 countries can now enjoy the first minute on any international call they make via Hangouts app free!
To get the first minute for free, you’ll need to have some credit filled in your Google account first as you’ll be charged for anything exceeding the free minute.
Google rolled out the service in these countries for now:

- Ireland

- Netherlands
