Lenovo’s Yoga Tablet 10 and Tablet 8 are the new “re-engineered” Android Tablets by Lenovo.

Both tablets  have their own built-in stands, which gives the Yoga multiple usage positions and also does an excellent job in hiding a larger battery that offers 16 hours of life on Yoga Tablet 8  and 18 hours on Yoga Tablet 10.

Specs wise, both tablets have similar internals with 1280 x 800 IPS displays,  1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, microSD support, 5-megapixel camera, 1.6-megapixel front-facing camera and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.

The Yoga dock can be used in 3 different ways:

  1. “Hold mode” (easier to grip and better for one-hand use, as per Lenovo, the ergonomic design shifts the center of gravity to make it more comfortable to the wrist)
  2. “Stand mode” (Provides a rich multimedia experience with Dolby Digital Plus front-facing Speakers)
  3. “Tilt mode” (provides a more natural angle for touching and typing)

Lenovo also announced  a $69 wireless keyboard for the 10-inch tablet.
