Canadian Student develops Tattoo Removal Cream

How may of you regret their tattoos and wish for a simple way to remove them? I personally don’t, but i know my wife would love to see some of them disappear. Well, there’s now a creme for that! (Shhhh don’t tell her).

A Dalhousie University researcher says he is developing a cream that can make tattoo ink completely fade. Alec Falkenham, a 27 year old PhD student in the University’s pathology department is currently testing the creme which works by targeting white blood cells that originally captured the tattoo ink. The treated tattoo won’t be instantly removed once the creme is applied and would need multiple applications to totally vanish. Alec says the creme wont leave any unwanted scars behind.

So far the creme has been tested on pigskin, the closest thing to human skin and if all goes well, the product could hit the market for as little as $4.50 per treatment.
