The company positions it as a straightforward dual-use screen for everyday office work and casual PC gaming, a category that has grown crowded as panel costs continue to fall.
The core of the N24 is a flat IPS panel running at full HD resolution, 1920 by 1080 pixels in the familiar 16:9 ratio. It reaches 180 Hz, a refresh rate that once belonged to higher-priced gaming screens but has become increasingly common at the entry level. Viewing angles are listed at 178 degrees, typical for IPS, so the image remains usable from the side. Brightness sits at a modest 300 nits with a claimed 1500:1 contrast ratio under an ELED backlight. Color coverage is quoted at 99 percent of sRGB and 90 percent of DCI-P3, enough for standard web browsing, video streaming, and light photo work, though not a substitute for a calibrated creative display.
Gaming features are kept simple. AMD FreeSync is included to reduce tearing when paired with a compatible graphics card. The on-screen menu offers variable response-time settings and a dark-scene boost that lifts shadows, a common convenience on budget panels. Eye-care measures include DC dimming and hardware-level low-blue-light filtering, both carrying TÜV Rheinland certification for low blue light and flicker-free operation. These hardware approaches avoid the color shift that software filters often introduce.
Connectivity remains basic: one HDMI port and one VGA input. High-refresh 1080p IPS panels have dropped steadily in cost, allowing brands to offer smoother motion without the premium once attached to 144 Hz or higher. The trade-offs are familiar: limited ports, mid-range brightness, and a resolution that feels adequate on a 24-inch screen for productivity yet shows its limits when text or fine detail matter. Still, for users who want a second screen for mixed work and play without spending much, the specification sheet checks the essential boxes.
The release arrives amid a wider push by Chinese manufacturers to fill the sub-100-dollar gaming-monitor segment, where competition is intense and feature lists often look similar on paper.
