There’s also a growing focus on the things students actually notice when carrying and using a laptop every day: battery life, portability, flexible form factors and AI-powered features. Acer’s latest lineup includes Copilot+ PCs alongside its own AI tools, while devices such as the convertible Aspire Spin 14 target digital note-taking and diagram work. At the performance end of the spectrum, the Nitro V16S is designed to handle demanding university workloads while doubling as a gaming machine.

Beyond the hardware itself, Acer is working with major retailers across the UAE and wider Middle East on back-to-school offers, bundles, instalment options and student-focused promotions, while continuing to push repairability and more sustainable materials across its product range.

We provide as well desktop solutions with our Acer Aspire C27 / C24 All-In-Ones for clean home study environments as well as Acer Nitro N50 desktop with an Acer monitor.

Acer has partnered with major retailers across the region to deliver various Back to School offers depending on the partner and the country: ranging from value-added bundles with customized accessory kits and/or special software, to interest free monthly installments plans with Tabby/Tamara or major banking partners. We cooperate closely with our partners in the region to be present as much as possible in their student discounts, trade-in programs and institutional BTS rebates. This varies from retail to another & from country to another.

Beyond direct to consumers sales, Acer provides specialized commercial channels to support educational institutions. We have dedicated commercial models with special pricing for public and private educational institutions for student computer labs, staff deployment,and/or 1:1 student device initiatives. We offer solutions based on both Operating systems partners, Microsoft and google, as such our devices support Windows Autopilot and google admin console zero touch enrollment allowing school IT managers to deploy pre-configured security policies, software suites and network profiles straight out of the box. Our Acer TravelMate laptops and Acer Chromebooks are designed specifically for classroom abuse, featuring rubber bumpers, mechanically anchored keys and spill-draining keyboard assemblies.

7. Whɑt wɑrrɑnty, locɑl service, ɑnd ɑfter-sɑles support ɑdvɑntɑges does Acer offer in the Middle Eɑst thɑt differentiɑte it for pɑrents ɑnd students purchɑsing during bɑck-to-school?

We have partnered with a large network of service providers to deliver robust accessible local service coverage designed to minimize downtime during the school term. Every laptop / Desktop includes standard one year local warranty coverage that is expandable via Acer Care plus up to 3 years coverage. Accidental damage protection can be bought separately to cover drops, electrical surges and heady liquid spills.

8. Are there ɑny sustɑinɑbility, repɑirɑbility, or eco-focused initiɑtives (e.g., recycled mɑteriɑls, eɑsy upgrɑdes) thɑt Acer is emphɑsizing in its student devices this yeɑr?

Acer has long been committed to sustainability. Our products and solutions are created with a mindset to bring positive impacts on the environment with the future in mind. We offer students & teachers eco-conscious performing products with a lower environmental footprint. We use sustainable / recycled materials across our product lines ( PCR, bio-based oyster shell, ocean-bound plastic ). Our devices sip in 100% green packaging ( recycled paper & molded pulp ). By 2025, we reduced notebook energy consumption by 54% and desktop energy consumption by 53% compared with 2016, exceeding its original 45% reduction target.  On the other hand, our notebooks and desktops are designed for easy repair and upgrade as we use standardized screws and labeled internal layouts making RAM an SSD upgrades straightforward for extended operational lifespan.
