Apple TV+ has unveiled a first look at “La Maison,” a 10-episode French-language drama set in the high-stakes world of Parisian haute couture. The series follows the intertwined lives of two rival families battling for control of the iconic Maison LEDU fashion house.
Starring Lambert Wilson, Amira Casar, Carole Bouquet, and other acclaimed actors, “La Maison” delves into the contemporary fashion scene, exploring themes of ambition, scandal, and reinvention. The story centers on the fallout of a viral video featuring star designer Vincent Ledu, which plunges the Maison into turmoil. His former muse, Perle Foster, teams up with rising designer Paloma Castel to salvage the legacy brand, while ruthless CEO Diane Rovel sees an opportunity to seize control for her own motives.
Created by Alex Berger and showrunners José Caltagirone and Valentine Milville, “La Maison” is directed by Fabrice Gobert and Daniel Grou. The series is a collaboration between TOA – The Originals of America and TOP – The Originals Productions.
“La Maison” will premiere globally on Apple TV+ on September 20, 2024, with the first two episodes. Subsequent episodes will be released weekly on Fridays.
Apple TV+ continues to expand its diverse international content offerings, and “La Maison” promises to be a captivating addition to its lineup of premium dramas.
