Netflix has revealed its lineup of new content for April 2025, offering a variety of series and films for its subscribers. Among the notable releases are new seasons of popular shows and the arrival of highly anticipated movies. Here’s a closer look at some of the key titles coming to the platform.

One of the most anticipated releases this month is “Havoc.” This action thriller, directed by Gareth Evans, features Tom Hardy as a detective involved in a complex investigation. The film follows Walker, Hardy’s character, as he navigates a criminal underworld while attempting to rescue the estranged son of a politician, played by Forest Whitaker. The cast also includes Timothy Olyphant. “Havoc” is scheduled for release on Netflix on April 25.

“Black Mirror,” the anthology series known for its dystopian themes, returns with its seventh season on April 10. This season will consist of six new episodes, each exploring different aspects of technology and society. Notably, one of the episodes will be a sequel to “USS Callister,” a previous episode from the series.

The psychological thriller “You” will conclude with its fifth and final season, premiering on April 24. Penn Badgley stars as Joe Goldberg, a character whose past actions continue to influence his present. In this final season, Joe returns to New York City, where he confronts the consequences of his previous actions.

For those interested in medical dramas, “Pulse” debuts on April 3. The series focuses on Dr. Danielle “Danny” Simms, portrayed by Willa Fitzgerald, and her colleagues at a Miami hospital. The show aims to depict the professional and personal challenges faced by medical professionals in a fast-paced environment. All ten episodes of “Pulse” will be available for streaming at once.

“Ransom Canyon,” a new series, premieres on April 17. This drama is set against a Western backdrop and stars Josh Duhamel as Staten Kirkland, a rancher dealing with personal loss. The series explores themes of romance, revenge, and the impact of the past on the present. Minka Kelly also stars as Quinn O’Grady.
