The highly anticipated HBO Original limited series, “The Penguin,” is set to make its exclusive Middle East debut on OSN+ starting September 20th, 2024. This eight-episode series, a spin-off from the acclaimed “The Batman,” delves deeper into the complex character of Oswald Cobblepot, aka The Penguin, played by Colin Farrell.
Set in the turbulent aftermath of “The Batman,” Gotham City grapples with the power vacuum left by the demise of crime lord Carmine Falcone. The Penguin seizes this opportunity to rise through the ranks of Gotham’s underworld, navigating a treacherous landscape of rivalries and shifting alliances. This premiere follows OSN+’s acquisition of exclusive rights to all first-run Max Originals and the complete Warner Bros.Pictures feature film library for the MENA region. This deal has brought a wave of popular content to the platform,including upcoming titles like “Wonka” and “Dune: Part Two.”
