Fans of The Last of Us will soon get the chance to step into the post-apocalyptic world of the HBO series as OSN+ hosts a large-scale, open-to-all activation in Riyadh. Taking place April 17–18, 2025, at Boulevard Riyadh City from 4 PM to 2 AM, the two-day event brings the show’s universe to life with immersive experiences, giveaways, and special appearances.

Organized to mark the return of The Last of Us Season 2—premiering exclusively on OSN+ on April 14—the event offers fans a hands-on way to explore the series’ gritty world. The experience will feature custom installations inspired by the show, interactive photo setups, and themed temporary body art. A limited supply of exclusive merchandise will also be given away during the event.

One of the highlights includes the appearance of Ahmed Al Nasheet, a well-known content creator and TV personality in the region. A long-time fan of the series and an avid gamer, Al Nasheet will guide attendees through the event, bringing his signature energy to the fan-focused experience.

Set next to The Sphere at Boulevard Riyadh City, the activation is designed to create an immersive atmosphere that resonates with both hardcore fans of the franchise and general pop culture enthusiasts. The event allows visitors to engage with the show’s themes, characters, and setting in a physical space, offering a creative outlet for content creation and community engagement.

Season 2 of The Last of Us continues the journey of Joel and Ellie, portrayed by Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey. The new episodes dive deeper into the emotional and moral challenges the characters face in a world reshaped by survival. Returning cast members include Gabriel Luna and Rutina Wesley, with new additions such as Kaitlyn Dever, Isabela Merced, and Jeffrey Wright among others.

The HBO series, adapted from the widely acclaimed video game franchise developed by Naughty Dog, has already made a significant cultural impact with its first season. Season 2 is expected to explore even more complex storylines, relationships, and consequences.

Admission to the fan activation is free, though early arrival is recommended due to anticipated demand.
