Since its debut on June 17th, Season 2 has spurred a 175% increase in new subscribers compared to the launch of the first season in 2022. A notable 50% of these new users have opted for the Premium Plan, highlighting the demand for top-tier viewing experiences with 4K UHD and Dolby Atmos.
The launch day saw OSN+ claim the top spot as the Number 1 Entertainment app in Saudi Arabia, while also ranking among the top 10 free apps on iOS in the region. App downloads on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store surged by an impressive 210%. Overall, OSN+ has seen an 11% increase in subscribers since the season’s premiere.
The successful launch was amplified by the “Raise Your Banners” campaign, a multi-faceted digital and experiential initiative that garnered over 17.2 million post impressions on social media and reached 10 million people through influencer-led content. Additionally, OSN+ recorded a staggering 109 million page impressions.
With new episodes airing every Monday, House of the Dragon Season 2 continues to enthrall viewers, solidifying OSN+’s position as the exclusive destination for HBO content in the MENA region.
