Apple TV+ is preparing to unveil a new original series from Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul creator Vince Gilligan, nearly three years after signing an exclusive development deal with the acclaimed showrunner. While full details remain under wraps, a teaser released on social media this week hints that a proper reveal is just around the corner.
In a post shared on X (formerly Twitter), Apple TV+ simply stated, “Happiness is Contagious,” along with a link to a livestream countdown on YouTube. The timer suggests that the official announcement is expected this Friday, July 25, at approximately 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

The new Apple TV+ series will reunite Gilligan with Better Call Saul co-star Rhea Seehorn, marking the first major project for both since the conclusion of that acclaimed AMC drama. Though Apple hasn’t shared the title or plot yet, previous reports described the show as a “grounded genre drama,” and it’s expected to move away from the crime-heavy themes that defined Gilligan’s earlier work.
No release date has been confirmed, but Apple executives have recently signaled that the show is on track to premiere this fall.
