STARZPLAY’s Halloween 2025 lineup brings new nightmares and cult classics

STARZPLAY is turning up the terror this October with a Halloween lineup packed full of fresh nightmares, familiar frights, and cult favorites. The MENA region’s top streaming platform is debuting four new horror films alongside a roster of eerie exclusives and returning thrillers designed to keep your lights on all month long.

The Halloween slate mixes supernatural dread, psychological tension, and good old-fashioned bloodcurdling scares. Kicking things off on October 17 is Abraham’s Boys, which reimagines the legacy of Dracula through the eyes of Van Helsing’s sons as they try — and fail — to escape their father’s dark past. Next, Thanksgiving arrives October 21, turning a Black Friday tragedy into a slasher story that haunts the quiet town of Plymouth, Massachusetts.

October 24 brings Other, a tense supernatural thriller starring Olga Kurylenko as a woman returning home after her mother’s death — only to find that both her memories and her house are being watched by something sinister. Rounding out the lineup is The Ritual, premiering on October 31, with Al Pacino and Dan Stevens playing clergymen forced to team up for an exorcism that spirals into apocalyptic territory.

The streaming platform is also fleshing out its collection with horror staples and recent hits, including The Grudge, Boogeyman, Oddity, The Ghost Within, Rosario, The Painted, Cabin Fever, Deliver Us, Insidious: The Red Door, and The Pope’s Exorcist.

For those seeking more than monsters and mayhem, STARZPLAY’s October lineup also expands into other dark genres. Clear Cut (streaming now) offers a tense survival thriller set in the wilderness, while The Surfer (October 10) dives into psychological drama and isolation. Ongoing favorites include FROM (Seasons 1 & 2), where residents of a cursed town fight to survive each night’s horrors, and The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon (Season 3), which reaches its finale on October 20. Meanwhile, The Gold returns for Season 2 with more high-stakes crime intrigue, and the animated fantasy Iyanuintroduces a young heroine discovering her divine powers.

With a mix of new horrors, returning hits, and supernatural surprises, STARZPLAY’s Halloween 2025 lineup makes a strong case for skipping the costume party and staying in. All titles are available exclusively at starzplay.com — perfect for anyone ready to scream from the safety of their couch.
