Everything we know about Mayor of Kingstown season 4 ahead of its premiere

Paramount+ has officially set the stage for the return of Mayor of Kingstown. Season 4 of Taylor Sheridan’s gritty crime drama, starring Jeremy Renner, is set to premiere this Sunday, October 26, with the first two episodes dropping at once. New episodes will follow weekly on Sundays until the season finale on December 21. Like past seasons, this one will run for 10 episodes — all exclusive to Paramount+, with no cable or alternate streaming releases planned.

Jeremy Renner reprises his role as Mike McClusky, the morally conflicted power broker navigating the uneasy alliance between law enforcement and organized crime in the decaying prison town of Kingstown, Michigan. Joining him this season is The Sopranos alum Edie Falco, who plays the new central antagonist. Creator Taylor Sheridan continues to write and oversee the series, collaborating once again with Yellowstone actor and co-creator Hugh Dillon.

The returning cast includes Derek Webster as Stevie, Dillon as Ian, Tobi Bamtefa as Deverin “Bunny” Washington, Taylor Handley as Kyle McClusky, Hamish Allan-Headley as Robert, Nishi Munshi as Tracy McClusky, and Michael Beach as Kareem. Game of Thrones actor Aidan Gillen, whose character Milo met his end in Season 3, will not be returning. Christophe Schrewe directs episodes for the upcoming season.

Season 4 promises to pick up after the chaotic fallout of last season’s power struggles, exploring the cost of corruption, loyalty, and survival in a system designed to break everyone who tries to control it. With Edie Falco joining as a new adversary, the stakes are expected to climb even higher.

Meanwhile, Sheridan’s busy production slate continues beyond Mayor of Kingstown. He’s currently deep into Tulsa KingSeason 3, starring Sylvester Stallone and Frank Grillo, and preparing to release Landman Season 2 in the coming weeks, featuring Billy Bob Thornton, Ali Larter, and Demi Moore. Sheridan also has new seasons of Lioness and multiple Yellowstone spin-offs in development.

Fans can stream all three previous seasons of Mayor of Kingstown now on TOD ahead of the Season 4 premiere.
