All’s Fair: Disney+ debuts Kim Kardashian-led courtroom series

Ryan Murphy’s new legal drama All’s Fair is now streaming on Disney+, marking another addition to the platform’s expanding catalogue of adult-oriented titles. The series debuts with three episodes available immediately, followed by weekly releases every Tuesday.

Set in the world of high-profile divorce law, All’s Fair follows a group of female attorneys who leave a traditional, male-dominated firm to launch their own practice. The story explores professional ambition, personal conflict, and moral compromise, set against the backdrop of power and privilege in Los Angeles. Kim Kardashian takes on a leading role alongside an ensemble cast that includes Naomi Watts, Niecy Nash-Betts, Teyana Taylor, Matthew Noszka, Sarah Paulson, and Glenn Close.

Murphy, best known for American Crime Story and The People v. O.J. Simpson, brings his signature mix of stylized drama and social commentary to the series. He serves as writer, director, and executive producer, joined by Jon Robin Baitz, Joe Baken, Jamie Pachino, Lyn Greene, and Richard Levine. The show is produced by 20th Television in association with Ryan Murphy Television.

All’s Fair arrives as part of Disney+’s broader content expansion strategy, coinciding with the integration of the Hulu brand into the service. This move aims to position Disney+ as a more comprehensive entertainment hub, combining family programming with adult-focused dramas and comedies such as Only Murders in the Building and FX’s Shōgun.

The platform continues to emphasize safety features for families through customizable parental controls. Viewers can restrict mature content and create PIN-protected profiles, maintaining the platform’s accessibility for different age groups.

With All’s Fair, Murphy extends his exploration of power, gender, and ambition, themes that have defined much of his television career. Whether the series can balance its star-driven allure with substantive storytelling remains to be seen, but it undoubtedly signals Disney+’s intent to reach beyond its traditional family entertainment base.
