Remember when VAIO separated from Sony last year? Everything went silent after that, until now.
Today, the company unveiled its new hybrid laptops range with 2 new models, the VAIO Z and VAIO Z Canvas.
The VAIO Z is a 13.3-inch, 16.8mm thick laptop that weighs 1.34kg with aluminum-carbon shell housing. Internally, you’ll find a second -generation high-speed SSD, a fifth-generation Core i7 processor and a battery VAIO says will last up to 15.5 hours.
The VAIO Z will be priced at around $1,600 and will go on sales in Japan today.
The VAIO Z Canvas features a 12.1-inch, 2560 x 1704 pixels display and detachable keyboard. There’s also a digitizer stylus and up to 1TB of storage
