Remember Typo?
Well it appears that Ryan Seacrest’s backed Typo keyboard is hit with a $1M fine from a federal court in the U.S.
Typo’s problems began last year when Blackberry sued the company on the grounds of how similar its keyboard looked like BlackBerry’s own keyboards. A federal court decided that Typo should pay BlackBerry $860,000 and would also have to cover their legal fees.
Typo amended its second version after the lawsuit began and now in the process to release a new version for the iPad Air.
