It’s been four months since Apple announced a special premium edition of the Apple Watch, made in collaboration with French fashion house Hermes. Since the announcement the smartwatch has only been sparsely available, being in the a limited availability phase, but no longer; on Friday the smartwatch will be available for purchase on the online store.
All 10 versions of the Apple Watch Hermes collection will be available for purchase on Friday according to Fashionista both on the Apple and the Hermes website.
The Hermes collection comes with a stainless steel Watch and leather straps designed exclusively for the smartwatch. The Single Tour buckle is a classic wristwatch strap that starts at $1,100, while the Double Tour design wraps around the wrist twice and comes in at $1,250. The most expensive configuration is the $1,500 Cuff, which features a large leather strap and is only available with Apple’s 42mm Watch.
