Acer has announced a “Predator” gaming lineup which includes PCs, laptops, tablets, and a smartphone – yes a gaming smartphone. Because as we know, mobile gaming are very graphics-intensive (jokes aside, they can be, although certainly they don’t warrant a smartphone specced for gaming).
The smartphone – the Predator 6 – comes with a 10-core MediaTek Helio X20 processor (yes, ten cores), 4Gb of RAM, four front speakers, and a 21MP camera. The Predator 8 shares design elements with the Predotr 6 and comes with and aluminum-shell. It boasts an 8″ HD display with stylus compatibility, 64GB of storage (microSD expandable) and an Intel Atom x7 processor. Both devices run Android 5.1.
The devices will be launching soon, but the dates haven’t been confirmed. We will let you know as soon as possible.
