This marks a growing demand in the region for streaming platforms and a large catalogue of movies and shows to go along with those platforms. Indeed, it was only recently that streaming platforms got introduced to the region and consumers have been purchasing subscriptions in droves so as to sate their entertainment demands. With Starz Play introducing a greater variety of shows and movies it places demands on competing platforms, diversifying the market and giving consumers a wide variety of platforms to pick from that will suit their entertainment purposes.
