Bored from the standard lectures at the university? Then you might wanna check out the Sangmyung University in South Korea.
The university has teamed up with Sony Computer Entertainment to introduce a PlayStation course. The classrooms are fitted with PlayStation 4 consoles and PlayStation Vita handhelds. The 3 credit course will focus on topics such as gaming history, graphics, online gaming and music.
I am glad to open the PlayStation course at Sangmyung University, the first university in Korea to create the game department within the college of software engineering. Said Shiro Kawauchi, the head of Sony Computer Entertainment Korea.
The classes will get some celebrities who will deliver lectures and trips to local gaming studios.
